I do that utilising experience advising Boards and Executive Committees of global FTSE100 companies on sensitive and high profile multi-jurisdictional legal, HR and regulatory issues. ● In an executive capacity, I am a Chief Executive with a strong vision and business acumen, a dynamic and compassionate people leader adept at coaching teams to high performance. Additionally I help global companies build mentally healthy workplaces, leading and building businesses, implementing strategic organisational and cultural change, and fostering positive employee relations. Also, I influence through a complex, matrixed organisation, and building effective relationships at Board and Executive level, and with senior business and union leaders.
