I am the Chief Sustainability Officer at PZ Cussons-a FTSE250 FMCG company. I oversee the sustainability strategy and implementation internationally. Prior to this I was Group Director of sustainability for Avon Cosmetics and prior to Avon I led the socially responsible investors programme as group director of ESG engagement at the BR Group. I have been a governor at Marshgate school in Richmond, Surrey and have been chairing the curriculum committee since 2012.
