Board-ready CFO/Co-Founder with deep governance, finance and international operations experience across financial services, technology and digital assets. I help boards strengthen financial stewardship, risk management and regulatory compliance while translating complex technology and data into pragmatic strategy and measurable performance.
I have led finance and operations for high-growth ventures and mature businesses, co-founding and directing multiple entities in the UK and internationally. My experience spans: establishing institutional-grade controls and reporting; investor onboarding and stakeholder communications; legal entity creation across jurisdictions; and working with external administrators, auditors, counsel and technology vendors. I am comfortable operating in regulated environments and with evolving frameworks for digital assets.
At OrdinalsBot (Co-Founder & CFO) I built finance, reporting and governance foundations for a software platform serving enterprise users in the Bitcoin ecosystem, negotiating vendor/exchange relationships and formalising risk and compliance practices. At MetaLink Capital PCC (Co-Founder) I helped design and operate a protected-cell fund structure, overseeing investor onboarding (KYC/AML), administrator engagement and cross-border legal/compliance. Previously, as Head of Finance & Operations at Novum Insights, I ran group finance, commercial operations and vendor management for a data/analytics business serving institutional clients. Earlier senior roles at Trax Technologies gave me extensive international exposure across Europe, the US and Asia, including M&A support, expansion and board-level reporting.
Board contribution: Audit & Risk, Finance, Strategy, Digital Transformation, Data & Information Governance, Operational Excellence, and Vendor/Outsourcing oversight. I’m adept at turning strategy into executable plans, building lightweight but robust processes, and driving change without bureaucracy. I work collegially with Chairs/CEOs and add independent challenge where needed.
Credentials: Chartered Accountant (ICAS). Degree in Computer Science / Accounting & Finance. UK-based (Scotland) with London/remote availability.
