A seasoned Chief People Officer and award winning Executive Coach. I have experience in multinational corporates (Nestle, GSK, Ford, Kraft) and in scaling VC/ PE backed technology businesses. In my role at Akira consulting I am advising a number of scaling organisations on good people and organisation practice and strategy . I have worked closely with Remuneration Committees, managing boards in my CPO role and would love the opportunity to serve as a NED. I have deep listening and observational skills, I understand the risk and governance requirements of being an independent NED and the diligence, scrutiny and coaching that makes NED really valuable to an organisation. I am a natural facilitator, team player and networker and am courageous to ask the difficult and necessary questions.
