I retired in January 2025 having spent the last eight years as Managing director of Taqa UK, the UK division of the Abu Dhabi based Taqa global.
Taqa UK was an organisation of 1500 personnel operating eight offshore facilities in the UKCS with an annual turnover in excess of £1 billion.
Since retiring, for the past year, I have been delivering some fractional consulting in Aberdeen and researching NED roles .

I am a Chartered Mechanical engineer with a degree in civil Engineering from Glasgow University.
