Conny Dorrestijn Prins has built a 30-year career at the intersection of innovation and financial services, with a particular focus on payments, banking infrastructure and fintech scaling.
She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at and Singer Capital Markets (Chair of the Remuneration Committee), and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Worldpay (NL entity). From 2021 she served on the Non-Executive board of Augmentum Fintech plc until May 2026 upon the acquisition by Verdane.
Her background combines operational scaling experience — including the growth and sale of Clear2Pay to FIS — with board-level governance across listed and private companies.
She is a Founding Partner and shareholder of BankiFi and remains actively involved as a non-executive. She also advises founders, investors and scale-ups, including through ABN AMRO Techstars and as a founding angel investor in Arches Capital; Advisory Board Member to Guzco.ai
With empowerment high on her agenda, she actively engages and collaborates with young people to help them build 'social capital'. She is an ambassador to the European Women in Payments Network and acted as Advisory Board Member and mentor for Money2020 Europe Rise Up programme. She actively supports the Global Give Back Circle in Kenya since its inception: Mentor, Educate, Empower & Employ HER for girls at risk.

Focusing on all angles of innovation, technology, AI and in particular its impact on people, business and society at large.
