Andrew MacLeod

Professor Andrew MacLeod brings a genuine diversity of thinking and experiences to the boards on which he sits. MacLeod has experience in crisis communications, geo-political risk and opportunity assessment, as well as the understanding of dynamics in culturally and economically diverse markets. He has a track record of leading organisations through challenge, crisis and change. His career has seen him work in advanced, mid-level and developing economies, dealing with governments, communities and markets of all types. He has worked in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, creating successful partnerships between the two. Macleod currently chairs Griffin Law (UK and US) and co-founded its Brexit Advisory Services business line. He sits on the board of Cornerstone Capital (US), including its Audit and Risk Committee, and advises numerous other businesses, governments and charities including International Lawyer for Africa and HearTheirCries.org. He is a visiting Professor at Kings College London.
