I am a Senior IT and portfolio development executive with over 20 years’ experience in developing and managing IT services for large international IT outsource providers. In this capacity I have reported directly to the executive board and been a member of the executive committee leading the company's' through a transformation of their IT Services portfolio and increasing value to their Private equity owners.
Some highlights include: Portfolio transformation leading to a doubling of EBITDA from key contracts. The introduction of a transparent IT framework (IT as a Service) to ensure the alignment of IT strategy and projects with the overall business strategy, and the introduction of a global standards board to ensure global implementation of new portfolio services.
In an executive capacity as group CIO I have ensured the implementation of a flexible and lean IT environment that is able to respond quickly and securely to the demands of a company undergoing significant M&A activity as part of a strategy to grow through acquisition.
Finally, in working for global IT outsource providers I have been exposed to the demands of businesses in many different sectors from transport & logistics through Health to retail and finance giving a broad understanding of technology use and direction for these organizations.
