I am a former Senior Civil Servant with 17 years' experience developing policy, advising Cabinet Ministers, running Cabinet Committees and delivering effective decision-making, programme management and governance in a number of different Whitehall departments. I have most recently worked as a Director in a not-for-profit organisation, supporting the Chair and CEO to develop robust strategic objectives and a substainable work programme. I am also a parent govenor at a primary school. Along with my senior leadership and governance experience, I bring deep policymaking and strategy development skills, along with government relations, public policy and communications expertise. I also have cross-sectoral experience, including health and care, charity and tech.
