I have 25 years of experience in the energy industry where I have gained technical, interpersonal and business skills and insights. I have contributed to many continuous improvement projects and initiatives in the Oil & Gas industry like influencing/promoting a more effective/efficient management of risk, process safety governance and people skills. My work has influenced practices in the North Sea and has inspired and developed young diverse talents. I want to make a difference and be able to apply my gifted long term vision in both the energy and educational sectors.
