Alison Chan
Non Executive Director
Named as a Rising Star of the City in Brummell Magazine’s ‘Ones to Watch 2016’, I am recognised for my talent in London’s financial services sector, approaching all endeavours with energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. I have more than 17 years’ top-tier legal experience – working with global organisations to grow their businesses and a proven record of successfully structuring and delivering robust, innovative and sustainable financing solutions to complex transactions.
My career priority is to deliver exceptional results with integrity. I have highly advanced skills in advocacy and influence, networking, relationship building, pursuing business development opportunities and delivering practical solutions to complex problems. My accomplishments to date have been exceptional, both academically and professionally – and now I’m looking for a new challenge in a strategic role.
As a non-executive director of Alexandra Rose Charity, helping to tackle food poverty in the UK, I have a passion for social change and sustainability. My dynamic approach to leadership has delivered the charity many new corporate and professional relationships and Children and Young People Now’s prestigious ‘Best Early Intervention Award’, alongside the successful growth of the charity’s operations from 2 to 6 project locations through digital transformation and a comprehensive overhaul of the charity’s governance framework.
If your business is committed to social change, sustainable finance, robust ethics, accountability and positive impact then I warmly invite you to get in touch. I am keen to chat about how I can add my strategic governance and leadership skills to your arsenal to achieve outstanding results.
