As I moved through the industry with increasingly senior roles, my property expertise perfectly matched my love for directing businesses to achieve outstanding commercial success. I carved a particular niche for supporting Boards that are undergoing change – whether through start-up phase, growth or challenge – and encouraging innovative and original thought that converts average performance into world-class success.
Over the past 19 years I have built a thriving property design and development business, where I have pioneered and directed complex projects in the private and public sector. Since 2012, I have additionally focused my efforts as a Non-Executive Director and Consultant for a diverse range of cross-sector enterprises, providing Board evaluation, commercial advice and direction to Directors and senior leadership teams.
