I am a Non-Executive Director, Chair, Committee Member, Trustee and Chief Executive Officer with thirty years of executive and board level experience across the public, commercial and not-for-profit sectors, with particular experience in the technology, telecommunications, digital media, arts, entertainment and housing industries. At board level, selected highlights include being a current Non-Executive Director and Committee Member with the 7Digital Group and a Non-Executive Chair of MIDiA Research, contributing to strategic development and governance. I am also a Non-Executive Director, Trustee and Committee Member of Moat Homes, a leading Housing Association, where I contributed to the development of over 2,500 homes by provide governance, risk management, digital transformation and data analytics expertise. In an executive capacity, I was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Arts Alliance where I collaborated with organisations including the Royal Opera House, Shakespeare’s Globe and documentary makers to position the business as the leading player in the fast-growing global Event Cinema market. As the Managing Director of Deezer, I led the international development of one of the world’s premier music streaming services, including receiving the 'SME/Entrepreneur of the Year 2012' Award from the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain. Previously, as the Managing Director of Lifestyle Mobility I founded a healthcare mobility business, providing mobility equipment to ensure independence and accessibility for people living with disabilities. As a Senior Vice President with Warner Music, I created a new global and e-commerce strategy in the digital music market, generating multi-million dollar revenues within two years. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma in Digital Marketing.
