I am a very experienced Finance Professional working globally for over 20 years at a senior level. I have mainly worked in technology and services businesses, often in heavily regulated environments. I have built over this period two FTSE 250 Groups, led a lot of transformation work including digitizing companies and offshoring work plus listed Equiniti Plc on the London Stock Exchange. I have completed c50 transactions including several large acquisitions and disposals. In 2007 I was also part of the team that sold and de-listed Northgate Information Solutions Plc when it was sold to KKR, the US private equity investor, for £1bn. I have been on Boards overseas and in the UK within Plc and Private Equity ownership and bring a collegiate style of working to help organisations grow and prosper whilst having independence of thought when needed.
