Over 27 years ago, Gerardine formed a company to specialise in communications that includes everything from employee/stakeholder engagement, change management, learning and development, executive coaching and special projects. She is respected for her strong communication and influencing skills, vision and strategic thinking. She advises some of the most senior people in business in Ireland and is the go to person for critical communications support. She has also worked on many business transformation projects which have impacted positively on teams and business encouraging them to increase performance and achieve better business results. Gerardine has served on three boards in the non for profit sector where she has contributed to the organic growth of the businesses, the restructure of management and infrastructure and the profitable management of businesses. As a Non Executive, Gerardine brings a professional, practical and people focused experience shaped by working with some of the most important and successful companies. She can work with the Board, CEO and Management Team with matters such as financial rigour and understanding organic growth, brand and consumer matters, national and international expansion, people development, strategic planning and communications.
