Chairman and non-executive director to public and private companies and advisor to corporate capital providers. Work with management and capital providers to maximise the value of high growth and turn around companies and of investment funds, mostly in B2B and Tech industries.
Currently Chairman of Becrypt Limited (cyber security technology) and Concirrus (machine learning insurance technology) and NED and Audit Chair of, AIM 30, Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (wound management technology & products).
Previously Chair or NED of a range of businesses; B2B, Tech, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Food Retail. Listed, private equity and venture capital backed, and privately funded businesses. Has also been Chairman of and advisor to investment committees and capital providers.
Executive roles include COO and before that FD of Sherwood International Plc. Instrumental in Sherwood’s turnaround from a diverse loss making business in to a leading technology solutions supplier to the global insurance industry and UK government. More recently a founding partner in Accretion Capital, a tech sector investment business. Prior to Sherwood, a UK Investment Director of Brierley Investments, an active investor in quoted UK Companies, and worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in New Zealand and New York.
