I am a Non-Executive, Board Advisor and Director with over 30 years board level experience with particular experience in the management consulting, financial services and technology industries. At board level what I do is drive improvements in strategy, risk and governance. I do that by leveraging decades of senior leadership and entrepreneur experience working in all scales of company, uniquely bridging the worlds of listed and unlisted, tech and industry incumbents. Board level highlights include: Advisory Director for leading Fintechs (everything from strategy brainstorming to network introductions), a NED of a Mayfair business club, advising many Fintechs and blue-chip FS institutions on board level matters and reforming the entire Risk Governance of UK’s premier Merchant Bank, chairing its tactical risk committee and overseeing divisional business plans. In an executive capacity I am currently Entrepreneur and Consultant at Penates Risk Ltd. Here I created a Fintech long before they existed, generated 7-figure sales and arranged a trade sale for the business. I created Europe’s longest-running and most blue-chip Fintech Podcast and founded The Unlisted Board. I have written the best-reviewed UK book on the entrepreneurial governance
of Unlisted Company Boards. Finally, I have an MA Cantab in Computer Science, and C.Dip.s in Buddhist Studies and Accounting and Finance.
