I have two current NED roles in housing and the NHS and am a recognised expert and advisor to not-for- profit and professional boards on strategy, conduct and ethics, and diversity and inclusion.
I am a member of the ICAEW's faculty and I designed and deliver their public courses on governance called "Board Readiness" and "The High Performing Director".
In 2017, I co-created Raising Roofs, a governance skills and leadership development programme which prepares future leaders for the boardroom. Three cohorts have completed and there are thirty alumni from Raising Roofs, most of whom are now board members, governors or trustees with different organisations.
I am passionate about the workplace of the future and fascinated by how technology is rapidly changing the way we work.
I am an advocate for diversity and inclusion from in the boardroom, a frequent public speaker and contributor of articles and blogs on leadership, governance and D&I.
I bring my advanced coaching skills into my work as an NED, board advisor and trainer.
