HONG KONG ~ SOUTH EAST ASIA – EUROPE I am a Chairman, Director, Trustee, Secretary, Committee Member and CEO with almost 25 years of board level experience with particular expertise in the Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Building and Insurance sectors. At board level what I do is drive strategic business growth and expansion profitably. I do that by leveraging my knowledge and contacts in delivering mega-sized integrated building developments and infrastructure projects, alternative dispute resolution, joint venture negotiations, tender negotiations, procurement, project management and contract administration. Board level highlights include my roles as Trustee, Treasurer, Secretary, Committee Member and Chairman at Lighthouse Club International www.lighthouseclubintl.com, it’s predecessor and its multiple branches in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and around the world. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Chairman of Steve Tennant Associates Ltd, having previously been Managing Director of Plus Three Consultants HK, and a Non Executive Director of Plus Three Consultants Malaysia, the operation and subsequent sale of which businesses were successfully concluded in 2023.
