Yuri Baidoukov
Group CFO
I am a Board Director and Group CFO with over a decade of board level experience with particular expertise in the Oil & Gas and Energy services industries. At board level what I do is drive strategic financial growth. I do that by leveraging my knowledge in capital markets, investor relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, treasury, enterprise risk management and insurance, financial planning & analysis, management analysis, IFRS, US & Canadian GAAP, international taxation, and regulatory compliance. Board level highlights include my role as Board Director at Integra Group; working with the Board, Audit and Risk Management, Appointment, Remuneration and Governance, and Investment Committees of CGG and working with the Board of OilSERV. In an executive capacity, I am currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at CGG. Here I contributed to CGG 2021 and CGG 2024 strategy; led a successful $1.2Bn SSN/$100M RCF refinancing and implemented a new Enterprise Risk Management framework. Previously I built a career in the Oil & Gas industry working for leading global companies. As Group CFO of OilSERV I enhanced corporate governance; increased EBITDA margin to 25% - 28% and steered the company through one of the longest and most severe downturns in the industry. Earlier, I was the CFO/Head of Finance and Business Services at Maersk Oil, where I supported a US$1.5Bn exploration and development projects portfolio in the US Gulf of Mexico. In addition, I worked in senior leadership positions with Integra, Schlumberger and Fracmaster. Finally, I hold a TRIUM Global Executive MBA, an Executive MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science and HEC Paris School of Management.
