I am a Chair, Trustee, Advisory Board Member and previously a CEO with a decade of board level experience that leverages my entrepreneurial and commercial leadership capabilities with expertise in the Services, Consulting, Education and Not-for-Profit sectors. As a Board Director I utilise my experience and collegiate style to help management drive business growth with particular reference to new business development, relationship management, marketing, leadership, fundraising and commercial management.
I am currently the Chair of Winchester Youth Counselling, having previously served as a Trustee developing strategies for the future and working on fundraising initiatives. Other board level highlights include my role as Advisory Board Director at Starlight Children’s Foundation and working with multiple clients’ Boards at Symbiosis. In an executive capacity, I have built a career as an entrepreneur founding two profitable, client-orientated, sales and lead-management organisations in the UK and Australia. As the Founder and CEO of Symbiosis Au Pty Ltd I grew the company's turnover $0 to $2M delivering a pre-tax annual profit of $1.2 million by working with clients to understand their business development needs, building bespoke prospect databases and generating qualified leads whilst enhancing their CRM capabilities. Clients were predominantly ‘blue chip’ and included organisations such as Australia Post, Deloitte and Thomson Reuters. Previously, as the Founder and Managing Director of Evolve Marketing Partners Ltd, I advised large and small companies to increase their sales revenue and market image.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Surrey and have undertaken a programme of relevant continuous training.
