I am a Chair, Non-Executive Director, Committee Chair, Board Audit and Risk Committee Member, Director and Co-Founder with fifteen years board level experience across public and private sectors with particular experience in the Fintech, Banking, Multimedia, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Software industries. At board level I drive business growth through digital transformation and asses IT security risks. I do that by leveraging my extensive IT governance, risk and compliance, strategy, change management, operational accountability and policy-making skills. Board highlights include: Chair of the Financial Technology Service Provider Association of Uganda where I have been able to attract funding and supported programmes and activities promoting Women in Fintech; Non-Executive Director of United Bank for Africa where I Chair the Credit Committee and I have been able to provide business leads within manufacturing and technology; Member of the Board Risk and Audit Committee of Vision Group where I championed an integrated, cost-effective approach to systems acquisition and raised awareness on Cyber Security; Non-Executive Director of the Uganda Manufacturers Association, where I Chaired the Research, Development, and Innovation Committee.
