I am a Board and Advisory Board Member, Chairman, Strategy Consultant and CFO with twenty five years of board level experience and particular expertise in the Technology, Construction, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit sectors. At board level I drive strategic business growth by bringing a visionary approach to conceptualising business propositions and creating growth strategies and by leveraging my knowledge in product and market introductions, building international distribution, managing export markets, and forming high level strategic partnerships, P&L and cash flow management, financial modelling, fundraising, improving business performance and organisational development. Board level highlights include; Board Member at FiberBoard (Denmark) and Wave Dragon Ltd, Chairman of the Board at the Institute of Directors (Cambridgeshire branch) and Non Executive Advisor at Roll Company. In an executive capacity, I have built a career as a growth strategy consultant and business angel engaged in 50 companies on strategy development, advising the boards and c-suite of ~100 companies on developing export markets and mentoring over 100 start-up teams. I am currently a Mentor and Advisor at Open Entrepreneurship (8 Danish universities collaborating to spin-out start-ups). Previously, I was Strategy Consultant and Head of Channel Partner Development at Innovative Business Software, I created channel partner programs and developed channel partners globally. I have also held multiple CFO and advisory roles preparing strategy, business plans, financial modelling, and investor presentations. Finally, I hold an M.Sc. in Strategic Management and Internationalisation from Copenhagen Business School.
