I am a senior Executive with significant global experience primarily in the Financial Services sector. My key focus
has always been to improve the cost effectiveness of end to end business operations and I have in-depth Technology,
Operations and Finance experience.
I have managed large, globally distributed teams, and a key element in my management approach is the creation of
integrated teams across cultural/business boundaries which can focus on improving client or operational
effectiveness rather than internal silo priorities. I am used to offshoring roles/services to both Vendor partners and
captive offshore centres. I have created a number of innovative operational models with key Vendors which are
focused on the overall managed service and deliver improved outcomes based on sensible Risk sharing.
I am particularly experienced in the change arena and have held several major change and re-engineering
programmes. In addition to the Citi Data Quality program this has included large ($100+ million) system delivery
projects, the creation of captive offshore centres and the restructuring of large operational and technology functions.
I passionately enjoy developing and mentoring people and creating self-supporting teams who can then devise and
deliver their own high quality solutions to business problems.
