I am a pragmatic and trusted senior leader with over 30 years’ experience of strategically developing and refining education providers across both the public and private sectors. I have made a strong contribution to this business environment, helping providers to meet challenges head-on and to become competitive and sustainable. I aim to ensure that product portfolios are commercially driven to meet student demand, and underpinned by progressive and innovative facilities and support services for students and staff. As a NED, an independent consultant, and a Senior Associate in HE governance and leadership with Advance HE, I focus on strategies to harness opportunity and mitigate risk. My passion is organisational growth and future-proofing, and the continuing professional development of boards, leadership and staff.
