The majority of my working career has been in the Financial Services sector primarily in Banking where I developed considerable experience in financial markets and capital markets and latterly gaining significant expertise in the areas of people motivation, regulation, risk, governance and business transformation holding a number of roles at CEO, Executive Director and COO level. Since 2010 I have been very fortunate to be able to combine this with a number of roles in the Housing sector as a Non Executive Director and Chair.
