● I am a Board Member, Senior HR professional with over two decades of board-level experience in the FMCG, Mining, Oil & Gas, Rail Engineering, and Marine Services industries.
● At board level, I drive improvements in people and processes. I do that by aligning and implementing HR strategy and People & Culture initiatives with business strategy to optimise organisations and drive sustainable growth. Board-level highlights include Member of the Board of Directors at SYSTRA UK Ltd., Trustee at Mind in Ealing & Hounslow, REMCOM Board preparation and REMCOM Committee attendance at Inchcape Shipping Services, SBM Off-Shore and Avocet Mining.
● In an executive capacity, I am a Senior HR Leader with a proven track record of driving people change and transformation initiatives, including M&A due diligence and integration on M&A completion. Here I regularly interact with Board members in REMCOM and Senior Leadership regarding people succession, appropriate Group Reward Philosophy, placing the right leaders in key roles, and building robust, sustainable talent pipelines.
● I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and performing arts.
